We use Australia Post, Startrack & occasionally Couriers Please to deliver your Hey Boo goodies. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery within metropolitan areas of Australia. For regional areas, please allow an additional 2-3 business days. For international orders, please allow anywhere from 10-30 days.
Shipping cut off time is 11am the day after or on the day you placed your order. 

Handling Times

All order are packed and sent out within 1 business working day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been sent out you will receive an Australia Post, Startrack or Couriers Please tracking number to the email address you provided in your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95. 

Express Shipping

All of our orders are sent as Express orders so that your items can get to you as soon as possible.

Item Hasn't Arrived

If for some reason your item has not been received please get in contact with us via email at hello@heyboo.au as soon as possible so that we can arrange another item/s to be sent out.

At Hey Boo we are passionate about providing you with the best of the best. For this reason we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your product is found to be faulty or damaged.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we may able to offer an exchange if you get in contact with us.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refund will be the original purchase price minus shipping.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

We will process the refund for you to receive within 1 business, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We also accept in-store returns at our store located at 185 Liebig Street, Warrnambool.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange purchases if necessary. Please get in contact and we can arrange an exchange either online or by returning your items in freight.
