At Hey Boo we are passionate about providing you with the best of the best. For this reason we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your product is found to be faulty or damaged.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we may able to offer an exchange if you get in contact with us.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
